We want you to love your hair extensions, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for products in their original, unopened packaging. Please ensure the gold security seal remains intact to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Download and fill out our online returns form with your order number and reason for return to ensure your request is processed quickly.

  Package and Post

  Securely pack your items and send them back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
